Chief Financial Officer
Tristan Levardo is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Bay Area UASI and is in charge of the Grants Management Unit (GMU) responsible for reconciling financial records, responding to internal and external audits, reimbursement of sub-recipients, processing of cash requests, and ensuring all activities carried out under the Bay Area UASI grant program are reasonable and allowable. Tristan has 23 years of experience working in financial and grants management and previously worked for the Controller’s Office and the Department of Public Health. Tristan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
Tristan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting from De La Salle University in the Philippines. After receiving his Philippine CPA certificate, he initially began his career as an auditor for the big 3 CPA firms in the Philippines. Thereafter, he migrated to the U.S.A. and became a CA licensed CPA.
As a car enthusiast, Tristan enjoys going on spirited drives and joining car meets on weekends. Occasionally, he participates in high-speed driving events at nearby track venues.
